Matt Carle
Chief of Staff

Matt Carle serves as Chief of Staff to the President. In his role, Carle works at the direction of the President, planning and directing all administrative, financial and operational activities. In collaboration with the executive team, Carle provides strategic advice and guidance to the President to ensure success in the overall management of Alyeska operations.

Carle first joined Alyeska in October 2001 as part of our Building Foundations for Excellence Program. Over the years, Matt took on various roles within the Corporate Communications team, including serving as Public Relations Coordinator, Community and Public Relations Manager, Stakeholder Relations Manager, and most recently, Stakeholder Relations/Alaska Native Program Manager.

Matt graduated from the University of Alaska in Fairbanks with a journalism degree. Matt lives in Anchorage with his wife, Megan. They have three children.
